Osage County R-II Schools

A+ students must perform twenty-five (25) hours of volunteer service. This work must not be for a family member nor should it be performed through a school club or other organization. Also, the student must NOT be compensated for the work.

All hours must be documented on the Volunteer Service Report Form (see Documents), which must be filled out completely and signed by a supervising adult. It is the student's responsibility to submit the form to the A+ Coordinator. Students will not receive credit for unverified or lost forms or for those not turned in to the A+ Coordinator.

All of the verified hours must be completed, with forms submitted, at least two weeks before the senior's last day of school so the A+ Coordinator can verify and file all necessary paperwork.
